During your free consultation. I’ll share more about my therapeutic style and approach, and you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and get a feel for what working together might be like.
If you decide to move forward, we’ll guide you through the next steps, including collecting and verifying your insurance information before scheduling your first appointment.
In your first session, we will complete the intake process to help me better understand you and your unique experiences. We’ll explore what brings you to therapy, your mental health history, family and social background, and any relevant past experiences. We’ll also discuss your goals and what you hope to gain from therapy, so we can begin creating a path forward together.

Yes. Everything you share in therapy is confidential and remains private. The only exceptions occur when there are concerns about your safety or the safety of others, or when there is a legal obligation to report, such as situations involving child protective services.
If a situation arises where information must be shared, I will communicate openly with you, explain the process, and support you every step of the way. My goal is to create a safe, trusting environment where you feel comfortable being yourself without fear or judgment.

There is no straight answer for this. It all depends on what is brought to therapy. Once you meet with your therapist and they learn more about your concerns, we can discuss together what makes sense based on your therapeutic goals.

This is up to each individual therapist. Most sessions last between 45-60 minutes.
